How to get started with the new Vrbo native messaging integration

You don’t need to do anything to start using this new upgrade, any booking created on Vrbo from May 22nd 2023 at 11am EST onwards will sync and send messages directly to and from the Vrbo inbox.

Limitations to be aware of

1. Native message syncing with Vrbo is limited to confirmed bookings created from May 22nd 2023 at 11am EST onwards. Existing bookings can’t sync messages with the native Vrbo messaging. We expect to be able to sync messages with existing bookings in future (once Vrbo provide the ability to do so).
2. Messages are limited to confirmed bookings (not enquries/inquiries). Again, we expect to support enquiries/inquiries in future.
