Uplisting, Ltd. (hereinafter “Uplisting”), a subsidiary of AirDNA, offers an SMS messaging service to enable short-term rental hosts to communicate with their guests. When you opt-in, you may receive messages including, but not limited to: booking confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, important updates about your stay, emergency notices, and support-related information.
By providing your phone number and opting into our SMS notifications, you confirm that
you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number provided. You consent to
receive recurring automated text messages (SMS, MMS) from us regarding your short-term rental stay. Consent is not required to make any purchase from us.
Your consent to receive automated texts is entirely voluntary. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any SMS from Uplisting. After you send the message “STOP,” we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm your unsubscription. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Uplisting about your stay. If you wish to rejoin, simply text “START” again and we will resume sending messages.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for assistance. You may also reach out directly to our support team at support@uplisting.io.
By using this service, you agree that carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive recurring messages, depending on the nature of your stay and your host’s communication preferences. For questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used solely for the purposes described in these terms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share your information with third parties only as required by law, for billing and payment processing, or to fulfill our contractual obligations.
