You don't need to do everything at once. Start with the essentials below, and we'll help with the rest on your onboarding calls.
Book your onboarding callYou'll need a laptop or computer to set up your account. Tick steps off as you go; your progress is saved in this browser.
Pick the option that fits you best and we'll show only the steps you need.
None of these are needed to go live. Add them whenever they're useful to you.
The issues new users hit most often, and how to fix them without waiting for a call.
Booking.com is waiting for you to approve Uplisting as your connectivity provider.
No request showing, or it's accepted and still stuck? Send support your Booking.com property ID and we'll check it on our side.
"Active" means the connection is live on Uplisting's side. If the listing still isn't visible on Vrbo, something on the Vrbo account usually needs completing or approving first.
"Active" means your listings have been sent to Google, and they can take a while to appear. There's no separate Google dashboard: your properties show up when guests search on Google Search, Maps and Travel. Try searching for your property name and town.
If photos or photo tags don't appear on a channel after your first upload, contact support before re-uploading so we can check the cause.
Update the CNAME record with your domain provider (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Squarespace and so on):
book (or the subdomain you use)[confirm the correct value]DNS changes can take a few hours. If it still isn't loading the next day, send us a screenshot of the record as you've entered it.
Only linking to Uplisting from your existing website? You don't need a CNAME. Update your "Book now" buttons to your new booking site links instead.
Only once Uplisting is fully live on every channel: Airbnb on full sync, and Booking.com and Vrbo connected and showing your listings. Disconnecting earlier can leave a gap where nothing manages your calendars.
For Airbnb reservations booked on or after 20 November 2026, Airbnb generally doesn't allow hosts to require a separate rental agreement, or to collect or keep copies of guest ID. There are exceptions, such as where the law requires it or for stays of 28 nights or more. These features still work as normal for Booking.com, Vrbo and direct bookings. See Airbnb's policy for the full list.

I couldn't be happier. I use Uplisting daily and it's really helped me turn a corner for my business from managing a few homes (that I could do manually) to many, many more.
