As part of the Customer Support team, I focus on making things easier for our customers. I assist with resolving issues, answering questions, and helping users get the most out of our platform. Alongside this, I help train new team members, coach Tier 1 agents, and contribute to support documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality service. I also share customer insights internally to help improve our product.
