Offer2Stay brings longer contractor stays and corporate clients to your Uplisting properties, alongside holidaymakers booking anything from a weekend to several months.
Guests and companies tell us their budget and dates. Your property answers straight away with an automatic offer at your listed price, and you can edit it or send your own custom offer instead. When the guest accepts, they pay and the stay is booked instantly. Guests can also book your property direct at your price, and because your calendar is synced both ways the booking is confirmed instantly and added to Uplisting.
Connect Uplisting in one click, with no API key to copy. Your properties are imported with their photos, details and prices. Availability, nightly prices and minimum stays then follow Uplisting every 30 minutes, and every Offer2Stay booking lands in Uplisting as a confirmed booking, with date changes and cancellations kept in step, so your other channels close automatically.
Free to list. 10% commission, all-in, only when you get a booking. No guest fees. Hosts are paid 24 hours after check-in.
